ACTUAL REPORT. The annual meeting of shareholder of the Taupiri Coal Mines, ■Limited, wi take place on Monday next. The balanc* sWt shows a net profit of £14,183 14/< after writing off allowance for deprecia tion. The balance brought forward froi last year is £3883 13/, making a. tots of £18,067 7/6. An interim dividen of 9d per share, amounting to £453 10/, having already been paid in Octc !ber laet, a -balance, of. £13,529 17/6 r< mains.available, which...the directors r< commend to appropriate as follows £6030 to payment of a dividend of 9 per. share, and" bonus of 3d per shan £3500 to be carried to the reserve fund and the balance of £3979 17/6 to h carried, forward; to new account. The Hon. J. A. Tole and Mr. Rober Walker retire from-the directorate % rotation, but are eligible, and offer then selves for preelection. The retiring; and tor/Mr. 5- E. Isaacs, also offers nimsel for-a'further term.
