TROOPS V. STRIKERS.
ST. FETEBSBT7RG, April 26. In speaking is the Duma, tie Minister for the Interior endorsed the action of the authorities in the conflict .between the troops and the Land Co.'s -workers in Siberia. One hundred and ten soldiers, he said, were faced by a, mob of 7000 men, and they were compelled to fire four volleys in self-defence. The strikers, he added, had planmed to seize the soldiers' weapons and to plunder the mines.
