Henry (oil expert), inter•viewed after lis return from New Zealand, said that the recent development of the Kew Zealand oilfields was most encouraging. Petroleum-developments-along the AllBed route showed that it was possible to maintain ample supplies along the Empire's ocean routes. He advocates obsolete battleships being utilised as oil tanks.
