EPSOM BOAD BOARD. Tie imnal meeting of the Epsom Road Hoard was held last evening. Those present were Mr. W. Bloomflcid (chairman), and Messm. W. .Tones, n. S. Clark. A. McDonald. Boundary Roads.—A eomnjnntcation was received from the Board's solicitors, eUtlnc that an n R reement had been drawn up dedicating the boundary roads In dispute between the Rpsom and Mt. Rosfclll Road Boards to the letter body, enbjeet to certain conditions to regard to notice being given as to any contemplated improvement*, and Bnbmltting it to the approval of the Bosrd. Renaming of Roads. —The question of renaming of certain roadß In the district was held over for consideration. Tenders.—A tender for footpath fo»atlon on the Mt. rnOvIXCIAI. INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION. The usual meeting of the Auckland Provincial Industrial AMoelatlon woe held yesterday afternoon, those present being Meaers Buttle (chairman). Bell. Burt, Atkin, Clark. Dearsley, Garllck, George, McColl, Nathan, Sneddon, and Wilson. Jt wan decided to hold the nnmini meeting and dinner on April Iβ, and all arrangements were left in the hands of an executive committee. Mr. Buttle gave tiotice that he did not intend to seefe re-election as president of the association.
