The return from the Talisman v Co»aoiidated mine for February nt an excellent one, being larger than any monthly return last year. Hie quantity of ore treated was 3960 tons, which yielded bullion valued at J£33j45 16/10. This is the second highest yield ever gut from the Talisnan mine for one month. The Largest was in 1908, when the total was £24,467. The carta for the past month totalled 42/3 per ton, nads op a* follows: Mine development V 2/5, mining 14/4, mining 13/ d, and general expense* 2/1 per ton. A sample representing the second eighteen inches has been sent for assay."
