NEW INDIAN POLICY.

TBE MOSLEM ATTITUDE. LONDON, March 5. It is announced that the Aga Khan (Aga Sultan Mahomed Shah, O.CJ.E., and holder of the Prussian Order of the Crown) has resigned from the presidency of the All-India Moslem League. His resignation is attributed to his fccquieacihg in the breaking of pledges given 4i© the Mohammedans of Eastern Bengal. The All-India Moslem League approved the transfer of the capital from Calcutta to Delhi, but bitterly deplored the annulment of the partition of Bengal, aa having the appearance that the authorities are ready to make concessions- to seditious clamours.
