POINT ERIN PARK.
'To the Editor.) ■ Sir, —Mow that Point Erin Park and i < Shelly Beach are the subject of general ! i comment, I think that it will be aI ’ boon to the bathing community who i visit the beach if there was a place ! in which they could dress and undress, i inasmuch as it is somewhat dangerous, i especially at night, to change your > clothes on the rocks. I am one of 1 many who experienced the inconveni- i euce one night recently. While undress- 1 ing on the rocks, past what is known i as Flat Rock, several fair-sized stones i came down the embankment from the i gang of larrikans assembled on top. i Some of the stones narrowly missed my i head. Respectable females have to put i up with jeers and insults from the ] gangs who assemble both in the park 1 and on the beach. Of course, this only i happens after dark. There ought to be i either an officer from the City Council , or from the police force on duty there i in the evening.—l am, etc., B.H-R. , January 23, 1912. I , !< " 4
