BIG LAND DEAL.
Messrs. Smith and Halcombc report the sale of Messrs Chapman and Son's station situated a.t Waiouxu, consisting of 74,685 acres, to Mr. A. Smith, a Southern buyer, who also purchased all the stock, consisting of 30,000 sheep, besides cattle, horses, and plant.
