'' it at % Special )t Road Board eeembcr, 1911. the Board, by Special Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order, did pass the following By-laws, to be applicable to the whole of the Tamafci West District and to come Into force on the gazetting thereof:— A By-law providing a minimum area and frontage npon which each new house can be erected in the district By-laws providing a minimum air space around each new house erected in the district, and that the air-space now around houses in tbe district shall not be dminished to less than such minimum air-space. A By-law providing that tbe site for any new house is so graded that water shall not nm or lodje thereunder. By-laws providin-g for submitting to Board plans and estimated cost of erection and alterations of buildings, and obtaining permit therefor and prescribing scale of fees for such permit.
