Mr. Hardman wrote, asking for the formation of a further 10 chains of VScMriastreet, Watervdew, but the Board could uot -see- Its •way- to -comply -with the "Teq.uest, as the funds available for new works bad already been allocated. The clerk was instructed to arrange tor printing the by-laws In book form. Applications are to be invited for- "Che position of ranger «nd dog registrar for.the., cgrntng year. It was «greed that the ifcax on dogs -would "be 5/ per head for the year 1912.
