POISONING MYSTERY.

LOXDQX, December 1,5, At the inquest on the body of Eliza, Barrow, a verdict of “homicide by a person unknown” was returned. A cablegram published last Wednesday week stated that Frederick Seddon, district superintendent of the Loudon and Manchester Assurance. Company, was charged with poisoning Eliza Barrow by means of arsenic. The body was exhumed. It was alleged that Seddon controlled the woman's property and paid her an annuity.
