Thousands of tons of grain are stacked 5 n the streets of country towns, and cannot be shipped. Tanners in several places lought to be (irst to get their grain dispatched. The loss is heavy. \ Hindu delegation from British Columbia to the Canadian Government, asking for the removal of restrictions in bringing their families, was granted iU leanest. No others were allowed to beneexcept British Columbia residents.
