A BRIEF RECESS.

(Received 11.30 a.m.') LONDON, December 14. The Premier announced in the House of Commons yesterday that the Appellate Jurisdiction Bill would be reintroduced in 1912. Parliament will prorogue on Saturday and reassemble on February 14. A deputation accepted the Premier’s promise of a Standing Committee on the Estimates.
