ATTACK ON W. R. HEARST. A.-SCANDAL AND A BOOR. (Received 11.50 a.m.) MONTREAL, September 11. The Nationalists' are fiercely attacking the part the Hearst newspapers have taken in the reciprocity controversy. Mr. Bourassa, tho Nationalist leader, at a great demonstration, denounced Mr. Hearst as a coward, the latter having Jailed to accept his invitation to attend the meeting to debate the whole question.
