Hichmond Downs, 16/4; other ewe hoggets, 14/9 to 15/; 2 and 4 tooth ewes in lamb, 16/; f.m. ewes. 6/3 to 8/3; fat wethers, 18/9; dairy cows, £4 to £7; springing heifers, £5 10/ to £7; yearling steers, £2 12/ to £3 1/; mixed yearlings, £2 9/6 to £2 16/; smaller yearlings, £1 18/ to £2 4/; 2 to 2* year old steers, £4 10/; fat heifers, £6 1/; empty heifers, £2 16/ to £3 3/. tb Ktrrn sale. At Te Kuiti, on Wednesday, 30th Inst., over 400 bead of cattle and 300 sheep came forward, and a total clearance was effected. Prices: Fat cows, £6 10/ to £6 18/; 2 year old empty heifers, £8 7/ to £3 12/; 15 to 18 months steers, £3 8/ to £3 16/; yearling steers, £2 18/ to £3 5/; smaller steers, £2 10/ to £2 12/; yearling heifers, up to £2 18/; smaller heifers, £2 3/ to £2 If, mixed yearlings, £2 10/; dairy eoara, £8 10/ to £7 17/6; springing heifers, Up to *T 2/6; backward heifers, £3 17/6 to £4 10/; woolly hoggets, 8/2 to 12/.
