All hockey fixtures were played at Remuera on Saturday, interest centring in the annual match between the Wednesday and Saturday representatives, which ended in a victory for the latter after an uninteresting game. I'ousonby seniors met the Kodnej representatives, and secured a victory by a goals to nil. In the 11. A tournament. College Rifles, by their win over Mt Eden, obtained a lead of four points, which ensures them the championship, though there is still one match to play. The Wednesday representatives .started to press from the initial bully, and rapidly carried play to the opposing circle, where a shot missed.
