The objects which such BiH is intended to effect are the following:— L To enable the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the City of Auckland to make and grant to the tenants and occupiers of the land lately taken by it as and now 'being partly used for the erection thereon of the Auckland Electric Power Station between King's Drive the Railway Wharf and the Auckland Harbour and to the occupiers of the lands abutting -thereon a Bight of Way over part thereof. 2. To enable the said Corporation to grant registrable L the present Lessees tenants or occupiers of parts of the said property either in exchange for the same or other parts thereof surrendered or given up by -them or in full or part payment of compensation for the injury done to them by the taking by the said Corporation of the said land. 3. -To enable the said Corporation to lease the part of such hind fronting on the said King's Drive In the same way as if it were an endowment vested in the said Corporation for Its general purposes.
