Court otter the "Star" went to press j-esterday afternoon. Plaintiffs claimed £7 10/, value of half a ton o£ carbide, lint defendant denied that he ordered the half ton in dispute. He Kettle gave judgment for plaintiffs for the amount claimed, with costs. Tony Milielch (Mr Prendergast) claimed from Ivan Jugovlch (Mr Moore) the sum of £2, money lent. Plaintiff's case was that he left £2.with Frank Frankovieh to li.iiiil over to Jugovich, the latter haying askod him for a loan.
