ALBANIAN ATROCITIES. [WOMEN OtTTBAGED AHD MUBDEBED. (Received 10.20 a.m.) LOXDOX. Jα lv 2". Tue "Times"" Vienna correspondent gives details of Miss Edith Durham's searching inquiries into -23 cases of Albanian women who did not flee to Montenejrro. They vere outraged and beaten, and in some cases afterwards burned to death, while their children were baronetted. The victims included two nuns. The refusal of the women to return to their homes while Turkish soldiers remain in Albania is due to this cause.
