HOLDING UP THE BILL. (Received 1.20 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June 27. A motion that the reciprocity vote be taken on July 24 was defeated. Democrats and insurgents (Republicans) opP °President Taft seems determined to hold up reciprocity until the other bills ! pass.
