The attention of all Householders is directed to the provisions -of the City Bylaws, No. 4, Section 7, requiring all ashes, rubbish, or refuse on any premises to be kept in sufficient and 'suitable receptacles of Iron of such size as shall not contain more -than 2 cubic 'feet, and securely covered with a lid.
