ANOTHER TRAM ACCIDENT.
.A nine-year-old boy named Cyril Capner, whose " parents ' reside af : 7' West-street, Newton, was'knocked "down by a tram car in Queen-street about 3120 yesterday, afternoon. The'lad was'playing with some companions, who chased him. across, the tram rails, with the result, that he did not see the car approaching or hear the gong. He was carried into , Mr. Parker's chemist shop and attended by Dr. Aubin, Who found a hack of the head, and another- on> the jaw. The boy, who was removed to the hospital in a rather dazed-conditionj "was -to-day progressing favourably, except that he-had! not quite recovered his faculties, the shock of his fall having been severe.
