(Continued from page 6.)' His Worship said he had very little doubt that defendant did use some such language as that which he was charged. Whatever his behaviour was, however, the only evidence as to the language was that of the young lady herself.. She admittedly was very much upset, but this might have been accounted for by some other behaviour of defendant, of which he was not charged. Under the circumstances he could not take the responsibility of convicting. The charge wa3 dismissed.
