HAMILTON SFORTS.----(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Thursday. The Hamilton Amateur AtEletlc and Cycling Club held their Initial meetingat Steele Park to-day. The "weather was unfavourable, but there was a fairly good attendance. Some disappointment was felt at the absence of the Auckland runners, Hill and Whitney. The following are the results:-— 100 yds Public Schoolboys' Race..—Richard Hlnton, 1; G. Bateman, 2; Ross Hlnton, 3. A run-o£E took place for a dead heat between the first two.
