rtfSURGENTS HEMMED IN. pgOCiAIMING AN AMNESTY. (Received 9 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, June 13. Sievket Pasha reports that the Altaian campaign has ended. Some of the Clir-jnts have been driven to Monteand others are hemmed between ttf River Seth and the border. The Turkish troops are avoiding furto conflict, in the hope that an amnesty sill shortly be proclaimed and accepted.
