Williamson London I>ramatJc Company to a fairiy numerous audience, considering tbe ■wintry weather prev<iUing, at His Majesty's Thea-tre last evening. Rapturous rounds of applause followed the completion of each act, and especially demonstrative was the audience in showing appreciation of the mechanical effects furnished in providing the foundry and shipwreck scenes. The •whole play was smoothly and effectively carried through, aud will be staged again this evening. OPERA. HOUSE. An excellent programme of vaudeville was presented at the Opera House last evening, and "K-as witnessed by a large and enthusiastic house. Harris and Vernon, the Seyffer Twins, Jones and Williams, and the Racoons all scored successes, and the old favourites were heartily applauded; The programme will' run for the reet of the week. WEST'S' PICTURES. The usual weekly change will take place at the Royal Albert Hall tnis evening. The series appears to be a comprehensive one, and is said to embrace several very fine subjects, including "A Visit to Wiemar"' (a'German seaport town). "Native Rejoicings in the Congo" is said to be very novel, and "Pathe's Gazette" contains several topical snapshots of interest. "She Wore a Wreath of Rbses" is the star dramatic, toy the noted' A.B. Co. "The Love of an Old Man," "A Gambler of the West," and

"Horse Thieves™ are reputed to be both powerful and thrilling. The Aoctland Orchestrat Society win hold Its first concert of fhe 1911 seacoo in the Choral Hall this evening.
