The Auckland Aeroplane Syndicate have again got their foi-plane ready for flight, and practices have been taking place during the past few days at Glenora Park, Papakura. The syndicate intend making a flight late this afternoon, when, it is hoped that better results than heretofore/will be the order of the day.
In spite of the opposition of Admiral yon Tirpitz, head of the German Naval Department, the Reichstag, by 162 to 116, adopted a Socialist amendment, restoring to the stokers and engine-room hands the himpK rate of pay form-rlj ralin*.
