A DARING AIRMAN.
MELBOURNE, March 5.
Mr. Hammond, the New Zealand aviator, gave a remarkable display here ve«terday. He turned as quickly as" an expert swimmer, dived, and aUowed his bi-plnne to slip sidewards in an alarming manner. He then jumped fences with the machine. Hammond announces that he will take passengers for short flights on payment of a fee of 20 guineas.
