AUSTRIA'S NAVY.
BUHiDIKG UP A FLEET. (Received 9.5 a.m.) -. . • VIENNA, January 29. It is officially stated that after completion in 1915 of the present programme the Austrian fleet will include 13 battleships, 9 cruisers, 18 destroyers, 48 torpedoers, and 12 submarines. The' new construction from 1915 to 1920 comprises - * three battleships, three cruisers, six destroyers, and 24 tofpedoers.
