INTER-STATE BAND CONTEST.
SYDNEY, January 26.
A total of 886 competitors entered for the inter-State band contest*. The B grade competition (own choice selections) resulted in a win for the Broken Hill Band with 07 points, St. George's City I Band being second with 90 points.
