MYSTERIOUS INJURIES.

MELBOURNE, December 9. A powerfulty-built man who was found lying on the steps of Prince's Bridge, suffering from severe injuries, died without regaining consciousness. It is not known how lie received the injuries, but they are supposed to have been caused by a fall. A, wallet bearing the name R. J. Price, and containing a first-class ticket to Wellington in the same name, was included in the deceased's belongings.
