VANCOUVER MAIL SERVICE.
THE POUTS OF CALL. MELBOURNE, November 14. The Federal Cabinet will to-morrow consider the request of the Canadian Pqstmaster-GfeneraJ for concurrence in the acceptance of the Union Steamship Company's Vancouver mail tender. An effort is being made to have Auckland included as a port of call, with Melbourne as the terminal.
