In to the shearing ponclitiow in. <Otago, Mr. Lwacy (general secretary of the Shearers' Union) now states that the owners have agreed to. pay the present -minimum ratee of 19/6 and 20/-. A further cable has l>een sent to Australia, saying that the trouble in Otago was averted.
