The Lake Como murder case has been revived by -the fresh extradition pro-1 ceedings that were instituted again3t i Porter..Charlton in Jersey. City to-day. The -charge which was preferred against-the-prisoner, and on which the Italian.authorities ask for "his extradition, is that of having murdered his wife. Mary Charlton, at Lake Como, in June last. •, The principal witness -examined today- was- Captain Scott } the murdered-.-wo-man's, brother-in-law.
