CONCESSION OF MURDER.

MELBOURNE, September 28. A sensation was caused in the Police Court to-day when Senkovitch was formally charged with murdering Eismond. A new interpreter read the charge, and after doing so turned to the magistrate and said, "The man admits it." The magistrate said the Court did not want such a statement at that stage. Prisoner was remanded.
