Mr. Vivian Younger states that the tin bears are covering heavily, but the ; East is marketing large quantities daily, indicating full shipments next month. ; Warrants are tightly held, and the ; markets are somewhat unhealthy. The rise is palpably manipulation, since spot I supplies are ample.
