GERMAN ADMIRAL'S RETURN. '(From Oar Special CorreSDorjdent.) VANCOUVER, RC, Jane 28. Among the important passengers -who arrived on Saturday last aboard the -white Kner Empress of Japan was RearAdniiial van Ingenohl, wao has been in command of the German squad Ton and naval station in Chinese waters. He has iust been relieved by Rear-Admiral Guliler. With him was his aide-de-camp, Lieutenant yon Zastrovr. Seen by a "Times" representative on board the steamer, the admiral «ud: "Affairs in the Orient are going on just as usual. We do not anticipate any uprising in the country, but it is always hard to say what >will happen in China. The people there are e,o peculiar it is always difficult to say what they will do next. In our part of the country there is no likelihood of trouble.
