UNVELING CEREMONY.

THE LAST POST. LONDON, July IS. In connection with the unveiling of a monument in Pall Mall to artillery who fell in the South African war, a solemn service will be held in St. Paul's Cathedral on Wednesday, July 20. The Duke of Connaught, representing the Prince of Wales, will press an electric button in the Cathedral, unveiling the monument in Pall Mall. Trumpeters in St. Paul's and in Pall Mall -will simultaneously sound the "Xiast Post." A volley will be fired in Pall Mall.
