NEW DECLARATION.
STBONG PROTESTS MADE. . (Received 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, July 12. At a meeting held under the auspices _ the Enox Club, Edinburgh, the Hon. Igar-Kobertes, Liberal member for Midlaanc_iton, and the Hon. Neil Primrose, Rcond son of Earl Rosebery and MJ. for Wisbech, were the speakers. They ftnmgly condemned the alteration of the accession declaration. - Ihe Nonconformist Parliamentary Committee, the Wesleyan Committee of privileges, and the United Protestant (Society have severally made representations to the Government against the new form of declaration.
