Neil Primrose, Rcond son of Earl Rosebery and MJ. for Wisbech, were the speakers. They ftnmgly condemned the alteration of the accession declaration. - Ihe Nonconformist Parliamentary Committee, the Wesleyan Committee of privileges, and the United Protestant (Society have severally made representations to the Government against the new form of declaration.
