(Received 8.35 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. A resolution was carried by the Wagga Labour League in favour of substituting a Federal lottery for Tattersalls. This was submitted to Mr. Fisuer, who replied that he had more important matters to deal- with, and it was not worth while bothering about the proposal.
