Group IV.—Ballot fox £400: Xo. 478 took full amount. Group —Ballot for £400: No. 146 took full amount. Group VX—Sale of £400: ; Successful tender, £40 per £200. After the ballot a special meeting- was Bseld to consider proposed alterations in 4he rules of the society. The Chairman moved that rule 5 bo altered *o that file scope of the society be considerably increased, the directors to hare the power of issuing shares in groups untila resolution to the contrary foe carried by shareholders. On >. show of hands the motion was lost, arbi a poll -was fixed ' to take place on April 6, 7 and 8 respectively. Other minor alterations in mc rules were carried. ,
