STATE BY-ELECTION.
SYDNEY, March 23. Mr. Kearsley (Labour) has been elected unopposed for the Northumberland seat in the Legislative Assembly, vice Mr. Charlton (Labour), who has resigned in order to become a candidate at the Federal election.
