In tbe course of discussion it was elicited that the Northcote plant would have to; pump to the Northcote reservoir, from where the water would be gravitated to the Takapuna mains, but no additional pressure would be required * than at present being worked. ; 'ld v_V J of" these facts, was .agreed to .accept -the, price of 8d per thousand gallons, but other details were referred to the Works Committee.
