A telegram was received this morning from Mr. Wilford, MJ?-, stating that he had presented the memorials to the Premier regarding the extension of the grope of the Royal Commission to be set up in respect to the route of the line of railway to be taken northwards. The body of a man who was found lying unconscious in a garden in Oaksavenue Neutral Bay, and who subseq_eir.lv died in the Royal North Sydney Hospital, was identified by finger-prints as Thomas Smith, aged 63, a labourer, a native of England, yrho ionnerlj lived at **%E|Q_S_W
