THE SYDNEY CONFERENCE. } Two of the New Zealand delegates who attended the recent Rugby Union conference In Sydney, Messrs. Geo. Fache and Geo. Dlxon, returned to Wellington by the Uiimaroa. Mr. G. Mason, the third NewZealand representative, will not return until cert week. The New South Wales delegates at the conference were Messrs. J. F. Macmanamey, J. J. Daveron, F. L.Row, and ft. A. Arnold; whilst Queensland' was represented- by SZessrs. W. J. Bennett- and D.
