V (Received 8.5 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, February 4. jleplving to a question by Senator jVanhee'cker. the Dutch Minister for Joreign Affair; refused to ask for any fnrther declaration of a guarantee that Great Britain and Germany, in the case cf a war. would respect the integrity and jieiitrality of the Netherlands. The Minister added that the integrity I yj e country was sufficiently guaranteed. The declaration has received much attention, owing to Germany's supposed designs upon Holland.
