The receiving order was made Upon the petition o~f the debtor herself, and- was accompanied by a consent to adjudication, and under these circumstances the only matter before the meeting -was the appointment of a trustee to deal with the estate. Mr John Sayers stated that he >was a creditor for over £8700, and be pointed out that, wfolle nothing could be definitely said oh the point, there tnilght still be a possibility of the creditors getting 20/ in the pound. Mrs Hartmahn would render erery possible assistance, and her own solicitors would also assist. Mr S. Salaman was appointed trustee.
