LIBERAL DENUNCIATION. LONDON, November 11. Sir Robert W. Perks (Liberal member for the Louth division of Lincolnshire), who abstained from voting on the Budget, intimates that he will not seek reelection. He denounces the disastrous experiments in Socialism foreshadowed in the speeches of Mr. Lloyd George and Mr. Winston Churchill. The council of the Liberal Association of Louth has urged Sir Robert Perks to reconsider his decision, and has condemned the attacks made by the "Daily News" upon him.
