(Before Mr C. C. Kettle, S.M.) CLAIM FOR WAGES. John Wnllnce, labourer, claimed £7 14/, ■wages alleged to be due to him by the defendants, the New Zealand Express Company. Mr R. W. Hill nppenred for plaintiff, nnd Mr Baxter for the defendant. The Magistrate gave judgment for the defendant with £1 1/ costs. REPAIRS TO A PIANO. G. Richardson and Co., piano tuueTS, sued V. Atkinson for £5 5/ for restringlng and tuning defendant's piano. Mr Baxter appeared for plaintiff. Judgment was given for the plaintiff, with costs.
