THE GOVERNOR.
His Exoellency the Governor, Lord Plunket, will open the annual show of the Auckland Kennel Club this afternoon. Lady; Plunket will also be present- ' The Governor attends the concert of ihe Royal Yacht Squadron this evening. Her Excellency will be present at the performance at His Mejeaty's Theatre this evening. On Sunday his- Excellenoy will present colours to, King's College Cadets &i the Domain Cricket Ground. Lady Plunket will be present at the ceremony. On Monday evening their- Excellencies will attend the performance at His Majesty's Theatre. ' Sir Chjirles Lucas, K.CM-0-. Mr. A. A Pearson, C.M.G., envoys from the Colonial Office in England, arrived in Auckland, by tfain this morning after visiting the Southern towns of New Zealand. They will be guests at Govt eniment House during their stay in town. Lady Plunket leaves, en route for Dunedin on Wednesday next, whilst the Governor takes his departure for Christchurch on the following Sunday.
